Dashboard Page:

The Dashboard page resumes informations about sites health, the trend of their events and the suggested actions to take.

Sites Widget:

The Sites widget provides information about the number of sites that your account is managing, and indicates how many of these are having active events. When these are detected, the corresponding part of the widget links to the filtered 'Sites' page. By displaying the total number of sites, you can immediately assess the scope of your account's site coverage.

Suggestions Widget:

This widget provides actionable suggestions based on system analysis.

Events Widget:

The Events widget displays data trends for each site under your management.

You can sort the data based on different time frames, including daily, weekly, and monthly intervals. Furthermore, you can specify a custom time range using the date picker located in the upper left corner. The widget provides valuable insights into the performance and activity of your sites over time, you can identify patterns, anomalies, and potential areas of concern. You can access the 'Events' page focused on a bar time frame clicking on it.

Sites Page

The 'Sites' page serves as a hub that consolidates information about all your sites. This page offers two distinct views: the List view and the Map view, each providing unique perspectives on your sites.

List view:

The List view of the 'Sites' page shows all of your sites sorted, by default, in ascending alphabetical order.

To further enhance organization and categorization of the list view, you can utilize the tag grouping feature, here is how it works:

  • Rename Tag Groups: rename the three default groups to match your tag preferences. This operation ensures that the groups align with specific categorization needs.

  • Assign Tags to you sites: open the three dots menu on the top right corner of the site card and select the "Assign Tag" option, create a new tag for the target group and select it.

  • Activation: Once you have defined your desired groups, you can activate them to affect the listing visualization of sites on the page. Activating a group will dynamically organize the sites based on their assigned tags, providing a more structured and organized view.

  • Hierarchical Ordering: The tag groups can be hierarchically ordered to concatenate their relevance in the listing view. By dragging groups slots up and down in the list, you can define their nesting hierarchy.

Map view:

The map view offers a visual and interactive way to explore and interact with your sites based on their geographical locations. The location information of a site is inherited from ArmonìaPlus. However If a site's location is not specified in ArmonìaPlus, you can add it in MyUniverso.

Refer to the section Add / Edit GPS location for a detailed explanation of the process. Each site is represented by a map pin, the color of the pin reveals the presence of active events in the site. Green pins indicate no active events, yellow pins indicate low priority active events, and red pins indicate high priority active events.

Searchbar and Filters

The search bar of the Sites page enables users to easily find specific sites by typing the site's name.

As letters get typed, the search function automatically filters and displays all sites with matching letters in their names.

In addition to the search bar, there are three filters available for further refining your site search:

  1. "With Active Events": This filter displays all sites that currently have ongoing active events. It allows you to quickly identify and focus on sites that require immediate attention due to active events taking place.

  2. "Address Contains [...]": By entering specific address information in the central area of this filter, you can search for sites based on their addresses. The address information is inherited from ArmonìaPlus, but it can also be edited or added using a dedicated feature, which will be explained in more details in section Add/Edit Location

  3. "Tag Is [...]": This filter allows you to search for sites based on their assigned tags.

Tags are a powerful organizational tool that can be used to categorize and group sites. For more information on the tagging feature, please refer to sections Assign Tags and Tag grouping.

Site Card

Each site is represented by a card, which displays specific information about the site. The card is divided into sections, as reported in the picture 1.card.
